After having double units of 230.030 + 230.032 and 230.057 + 230.059 formed (see Lokomotives class 230 ČD in multiple unit operation), the Depot Of Railway Vehicles (DKV) in Brno actually disposes of another one double of ‚Laminates‘, consisting of 230.023 and 230.025 locos. Prime workings on their multi-member operating system started within November 2005, when both locos were withdrawn of service and stabled in the DKV Brno works. The workings proceeded until the half of January, when the locos were sent back to service, but both still as separate units. Since 29 January 2006 they have been operated coupled as a double unit.
