The construction of the railway line began in spring 1898 by The King and Emperor's State Railways and on the 31. 12. 1898 the railway line was given to public service. The railway line measured 11,484 km, it led from Ondrášov over Moravský Beroun, Čabová, and Rejchartice to Dvorce. The biggest gradient reached up to 26,95 per mille, the least radius of curve was 75 m, there were 12 bridges and the ceiling rate was 30 km/h.
The connection was established by three pairs of with combined with the second and third class carriages. Already from the beginning of service there was brought transport of freighters on undercarriages. The locos and carriages of the railway line were typical models on narrow-gauge railway lines with the gauge 760 mm in former Cisleithan Regions. That was the steam loco of the class U.16 ( former loco of proposal was of the class Yv from 1896, but it wasn't convenient) and well-tried class of several types two-axles passenger carriages, cabooses and goods waggons. Those carriages were being produced in various modifications from 1889 to 1930. The locos U.12 and U.16 were brought by Krauss-Linz during September and November. Before the beginning of operation the loco U.12 was being utilized on the railway line Lunz am See - Kienberg - Gaming (The part Ybbsstalbahn) in Austria. From 1915 to 1916 the support engine U.16 was being let out to The King and Emperor's military railways. Instead of the U.16 there was brought in 1917 the loco of the class A.001 to engine-shed Ondrášov. After 1925 this loco was resigned as U25.001. The loco U.12 is resigned as U37.002. In 1918, owing to the premier world war, only one loco stayed in Dvorce and the ČSD undertook the railway line.
In 1930 railways competition, imagined by autobus transport, become stronger. On the 14. 9. 1933 the service

on the railway line was stopped and transport undertook ČSD cars by the line Suchdol nad Odrou - Ondrášov. The permanent way of the railway line was removed in 1937. Carriages and freighters were given to other narrow-gauge railway lines and the loco U37.002 was replaced to the railway line Třemešná ve Slezsku - Osoblaha in the beginning of 1935.
During the second world war and after it there appeared new plans of connecting lines between Ondrášov and Budišov nad Budišovkou. The railway embankments of former narrow-gauge railway line would have been utilized on new Ondrášov - Dvorce. In spite of all good effort the plan is the first and least step and the project is in record office. The history of railway transport between Ondrášov - Dvorce is definitively closed.
